A collaborative restaurant by Carlos and Debbie Nieto and Chef Sam Luna, The Happ Inn is a place that will make you happy. It says so on the walls with sayings such as "Don’t Worry Be Happy" or "So Happy Together". The customers say so with a "Happiest Customer Wall." And the cartoons playing in the "Good Time Room" and the big game in the bar have adults and children laughing alike.
So if it’s one of our family recipes that make you grin, a glass of wine from Carlos’s good humor wine cart that makes you giggle or Debbie’s Cake in a Cup that brings a smile to your face, we’ve done our job.
